The easiest way to submit readings is via the online account. Just click on the Usage and Metering tab and have the reading and the date of the reading to hand.
In an ideal world, every month. We realise that people lead busy lives however, so as long as you send us an up-to-date reading every couple of months, that’s great. If you want your meter reading to align with the monthly statement, please allow 5 working days prior to your billing date to ensure this reading is reflected in that bill.
No. Your statements are actually triggered on a set date rather than when you give us a reading. If you would like a statement for a specific date or reading, please give us a call.
