QPR Terms and Conditions

  • Tariff name: QPR Fixed.
  • Domestic customers only.
  • Each household is only eligible for one rebate per year.
  • 12 month fixed from start of supply date.
  • Participation is subject to credit check.
  • Only eligible for new customers where contracting to electricity (£50 rebate) or electricity and gas (£100 rebate) supply from Solarplicity.
  • An early exit fee of £65 per fuel will apply if you leave the contract before the end of the fixed term period.
  • Not applicable for any gas only customers or any customers with pre-payment meters.
  • Any payment method is accepted, Direct Debit is preferred and will be taken on start of supply.
  • Paperless billing available (with valid address).
  • In order to receive the rebate, you must ensure that your account with us does not have any outstanding debt.
  • You are eligible to the rebate if you are a QPR season ticket holder or member and switch to electricity or electricity and gas supply contracts between Saturday 14th April and Tuesday 31st March 2019.
  • Solarplicity will credit the rebate to QPR FC who will the credit your loyalty card with an eligible £50 or £100 no later than 3 months after the later of your energy supply contract acceptance by and with Solarplicity or your purchase of the season ticket.
  • The club will be in touch around the time of the 2019/20 season ticket launch to determine whether supporters wish to redeem their £100 QPR Cash against the cost of their 2019/20 season ticket or on merchandise.
  • Supporters need to be aware QPR cash balance will be wiped to zero on 31st May each year, all switches processed before 31st May 2018 will have their QPR cash account credited with £100 from the 1st June 2018.
