Solarplicity Our Tariffs

Got a question? Chances are, we’ve got the answer.

Simple. Just sign up to our electricity or dual fuel on either of our SMART Fixed or 12-Month Fixed energy plans and, once you become a Solarplicity customer, we will invite you to order your bulbs.

It’s actually quite simple. 6 weeks before the end of your contract, we’ll get in touch and invite you to renew – and we’ll also offer you our latest energy plans.

Once you’ve made up your mind, all you have to do is drop us an email or give us a call to let us know what you would like to do.

We’re working on improving our online Customer Portal and, in the near future, you will be able to do this via your online customer account.
