This information is available through the online account via the Bills and Payments tab. You can also apply to change this, along with your bank details and the amount you pay by clicking the Enquiries tab. Please note that this is subject to approval and will not be changed immediately.

We review this every six months. A. We look at the amount you are paying each month, versus the amount of energy you are actually using. If it looks like you are paying too much – or too little – we make the decision to change your Direct Debit amount.
