It’s easy to get simple energy advice

Sometimes it’s a good idea to get advice that’s independent – that way you always know your rights as an energy consumer. Whether it’s finding a better deal, the quality of your electricity or gas supply, or if you’re finding it hard to pay your bills, the Citizens Advice Bureau consumer service are on hand to help.
